KIPCO Tower

Architecture and tenant photography, drone film, monthly reels and social artworks for KIPCO Tower in Kuwait City.

KIPCO Tower is a glass office tower in Kuwait City with a clinic, a gym, cafes and shops inside it. From June 2025 Bricks photographed the building and its tenants across six sessions, flew the drone for the website, cut reels month by month and designed the Now Open series and the occasion artworks for the tower's social pages.

01

The brief

A tower is hard to show in one picture. The work was to build a library instead: the building itself, the spaces people walk through and the businesses that open inside it, kept current month after month.

02

The tower from outside

We shot the building the way people meet it: from the air over the city, from the plaza looking straight up, and at the base where the glass meets the entrance canopy.

03

Details and wayfinding

Close frames give the feed texture between the wide ones: the lattice over the glass, the name on its steel totem and the signs that point the way in.

04

Inside the building

Indoors the subject is light. The atrium walkway runs under a curved glass roof, the escalator halls look out through a steel grid, and one lobby is finished entirely in white.

05

The tenants

Each session also visited the businesses inside the tower, so every tenant has frames of its own: a sign, a room, a view.

06

At the counter

Food and coffee from the cafes round out the library, shot close and warm against all the glass and steel.

07

Now Open

When a tenant opens, the tower announces it. One layout holds every card: a photograph from the sessions, a curved colour band and the tenant's name set large beside the KIPCO Tower mark.

08

The tower's own voice

Between announcements the feed speaks for the building, with short lines set over the architecture: One Tower, Endless Purpose. Every Floor is a New Opportunity. Built to stand out, Designed to lead.

09

Occasions

Calendar moments are drawn from the building wherever they can be, so a greeting still looks like KIPCO Tower: the facade washed green and gold for Eid, the tower among arfaj flowers for the Al Arfaj campaign.

10

From the air and in motion

The drone film was cut twice, wide for the website and upright for social. The monthly reels follow the life of the building, such as the summer reel, which moves from the facade to flowers and iced matcha inside.
