FAQ
Questions we get asked.
What does a brand project include?
Strategy first, then the name if you need one, then the identity: logo, type, colour, layouts and a guideline the team can use. Packaging, signage and launch content can follow with the same team.
Can you refresh an existing brand instead of starting over?
Yes. Most of our brand work is evolution, not replacement. We keep what people already recognise and fix what gets in the way.
Do you write in Arabic and English?
Yes. Names, tone of voice and messaging are written in both, by people who write in both, not translated line by line.
Who owns the files?
You do. Every logo, font licence and source file is handed over at the end, with a guideline that explains how to use them.
